Why employers offer this
Parents raising a child with autism carry a heavy daily load that affects focus, attendance, and retention.
Most employee assistance programs don't offer support built for these families.

How it works
Six steps, directed by one practitioner.
The program complements your employees' existing care.
Establish the child's baseline
We record where the child is now: symptoms, behaviors, appetite, sleep, mood, and current routines. Every later change is measured against this starting point.
Design the protocol sequence
Naana selects and orders food and lifestyle protocols from our library, based on the child's baseline, history, and what the family can take on.
Coach the parent
The parent learns what needs to happen each day, how it is prepared, when it is given, and what to log.
Document daily execution
The parent logs what was completed and what was missed, so we can see where the plan is working and where it needs support. Target adherence: 80%+ of the agreed plan.
Review and adjust every week
Naana personally reviews the logs and the child's response each week, then adjusts the plan. Each protocol builds on what the last one revealed.
Measure against baseline
Changes are documented against the child's own starting point throughout the program.

What we promise — and what we don't.
We will not promise you a specific outcome. No honest practitioner can guarantee that a child will speak, or that any single symptom will resolve — and anyone who does should worry you.
What we do promise is the work: a personalized protocol, executed daily, monitored weekly, and documented against your child's own starting point for the full three months. Based on what we've seen across our families, we expect progress — and the records on this page show what that progress has looked like. But the outcome we build toward is your child's, not a number we can pledge.
